XP Power RDF Ultra-Wide Input 25W-200W DC-DC Converters
XP Power RDF 25W to 200W DC-DC Converters are low-profile isolated brick converters that offer single output voltages ranging from 5VDC to 48VDC. These converters deliver up to 91% high efficiency, high reliability, 3kVAC reinforced input-to-output isolation, and remote on/off with a low 15mA stand-by current. The RDF50, RDF150, and RDF200 converters feature an ultra-wide 12:1 input voltage range of 14VDC to 160VDC. Baseplate cooling in these RDF50, RDF150, and RDF200 converters enables effective thermal management, which ensures elevated levels of reliability. The RDF25 converters feature a 10:1 input voltage range of 16VDC to 160VDC. These DC-DC converters are equipped with overvoltage, overload, short circuit, wide output voltage trim, and remote sense functions.
The RDF DC-DC brick converters comply with EN50155 transportation standards and ITE safety approvals and operate from -40°C to 100°C temperature range. A compact 2”x1” packaging format of the RDF25, and industry-standard baseplate-cooled brick formats of RDF50, RDF150, and RDF200 enable easy integration of the RDF series into space-constraint applications. The RDF converters are used in renewable energy, battery systems, factory automation, autonomous equipment, robotics, communications, and railway applications.
