Bourns CDSOD323-T24LC-Q Automotive-Grade Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are bidirectional TVS diodes in a compact SOD-323 package. These Bourns automotive-grade TVS diodes feature ultra-low typical capacitance of 1pF and support a working peak voltage of 24V. The CDSOD323-T24LC-Q diodes are AEC-Q101 compliant for automotive applications. The series is also ideal for industrial signal-line applications.
